BFA Convention

VENTRY Fan dealer Doug Robertson of eHotAir.com was at the 2008 Balloon Federation of America’s National Convention in Louisville, Kentucky this April. Doug’s booth is shown at right. Click for a larger view.

Here are some of the latest shows Chris has attended:

• Ohio Fire Chiefs Association Annual Conference in Columbus. Next year, he will definitely be there again, and this time it will be held in Sandusky, Ohio.
• Ohio State Firefighters Association Conference annual conference
• Wayne County Regional Fire School in Apple Creek, Ohio at the Waynedale High School and the Regional Training Facility. The school is sponsored yearly by the Wayne County Fire & Rescue Association (www.wcfra.com).
• Southern Ohio Fire and EMS School, Amherst Fire Department Equipment Show, Trumbull County Fire Association Meeting
• Amherst Fire Department Equipment Show
• Chris even went to the Northeastern Ohio Balloon Pilots Association (NOBPA) Membership Meeting Fly Out in Medina, Ohio this August. He received a warm welcome, and sent his wife up in a hot air balloon! We are happy to report a smooth ride.

TN Fire Chiefs Conference

First Response/Jerry Moat was at the Tennessee Fire Chiefs Association Conference in Nashville, July 14-17, 2007. Information on future shows is posted on the TFCA website (tnfire.org).

Indianapolis - FDIC

At FDIC a few years ago, Joan visited with Greg Blanchat of Blanchat Manufacturing, Inc.. He had an outdoor display which included a VENTRY Fan with the Filtered Misting Ring. He was kind enough to let her photograph his demonstration of the Misting Ring. (Click on the three photos to enlarge.) See us at FDIC every year!

British Columbia - Cariboo Chiefs Workshop

Morrison Fire Protection was at the 15th annual Cariboo Regional District Fire Chiefs Workshop in Williams Lake, October 27 through 28, 2006. Here is a picture of their booth!

Two Canadian dealers, HollyNorth Production Supplies (www.hollynorth.com) and Morrison Fire Protection (www.morrisonfire.com), had displays at the BC Volunteer Firefighters Annual Trade Exibition last April in Penticton, BC.

Three photos above and directly to the right: HollyNorth Production Supplies had a very elaborate display at this show, complete with smoke! HollyNorth serves the fire/rescue industry as well as movies/film.

Australia - Country Fire Authority Victoria State Championships

April 1-2, 2006, our Australian dealer, Pacific Helmets Australia Pty Ltd attended the Country Fire Authority Victoria State Championships in Barooga. A photo of their display is at right. (Click it for a larger view.)

Australia - AFAC Conference

Pacific Helmets went to the biggest Australian fire show 2006, held in Melbourne, Victoria on August 10-12. The show was sponsored by the Australasian Fire Authorities Council (AFAC).
