DO NOT SUFFER IN THE HEAT!
When it is hot, hot, hot, use a Cooling Filtered Misting Kit --- especially for Firefighter Rehab!
Quick-release filter prevents clogging of the nozzles, then flushes clear with the turn of a valve.
Use for cooling and rehabilitation of athletes, firefighters, clean-up crews... Also confined space, salvage and overhaul, sporting events, dust control . . .
The VENTRY Misting Ring works with a standard household water supply (garden hose) and, with the proper adaptors, can be connected to any water supply with maximum pressure of 150 psi (200 psi is safe but not recommended).
With this Misting Ring, impurities are filtered out of the water supply and are released with a simple turn of the valve to prevent clogging, for uninterrupted performance.
List of features:
- Quick-release 22 micron filter on water supply line prevents impurities from clogging fine nozzles.
- Filter flushes clear with the turn of a valve.
- Brass fittings and four variable flow nozzles with stainless steel inserts.
- Spray pattern engineered for optimum performance.
- Reinforced braided nylon hose with PVC jacket (includes UV inhibitor).
- Attaches easily to any fan with a wire guard.
- 16 inches in diameter.
- Output: 2.2 gallons per hour (GPH) at 60 PSI.
- Lower temperatures as much as 25 degrees Fahrenheit (using water supplied at 40 PSI)
- Each of the four adjustable nozzles have stainless steel orifices and pins and includes an O-ring for leak-proof assembly.
- Nozzles may be easily cleaned.
To our knowledge, ours is the only misting kit available with a water supply filter, which prevents clogging of misting nozzles caused by particles carried in the water supply. The filter flushes with a simple turn of a valve (see the orange valve and black filter shown below left).
Misting can be crucial to firefighters on wildland fires! We often think of the misting ring as a luxury, but with temperatures exceeding 100 degrees all over the United States and Canada during the summer, anyone having activities outdoors is in danger of overheating. Having a VENTRY Misting Ring on your fan can bring crucial, cool relief instead of a deadly medical emergency! |
