Can LENTRY Light Systems be sold / exported / shipped outside the United States?

Yes! Many LENTRY Systems are in use around the world. The standard in the United States is 120V; outside the U.S., the standard may be different, for example, 220V or 240V. LENTRY Units can be modified to work with different standards.

First, LENTRY Frames, Light Bases and Lights can be shipped without the generator. You may purchase the international equivalent Honda generator (comparable to the EU2000i or EU1000i) and our frames bolt on to those. The generator dimensions should be the same (specifically the distance between feet).

Upon request, we will leave the light plug unwired so you can wire on the plug specific to your country. Finally, a different light bulb may also be required if not using 120V. In Europe where 220 to 240V is the standard, we have found two alternate bulbs:

Alternate Bulb #1: 800W, 240V
- 21,400 lumens. Very similar output and efficiency to the 650W Hi-IR bulb. Because lamp heads have not been tested with this bulb, UL certification would not apply. The lamp head manufacturer believes it would be safe to use. This is the bulb we recommend if 240V bulb is required.

Alternate Bulb #2: 500W, 240V
- 10,500 lumens. Less than half as bright as the 650W hi-IR bulb. Definitely safe to use and UL certification would apply.

The bulb used in most LENTRY Systems: 650W Hi-IR, 120V
- 25,000 lumens. Extremely bright. Only for use with 120V generators. Please contact us if you need a substitute for the 120V 1500W halogen bulb.

Where are LENTRY Light Systems made?

LENTRY Frames/Legs, Light Bases and Lights are manufactured in the United States. The Honda generators utilized in LENTRY Systems are assembled in Japan. This information is useful when exporting/importing products.
