The chart above shows LENTRY lights are brighter and use less power than other lights. Click the image to enlarge. The chart below shows which generator you will need to power each light or light combination. Click the image to enlarge. All-Terrain Scene Lighting All of our polelights are high quality, rugged, and designed to withstand the rigors demanded by the fire service while providing very bright, useful light for precise work or large areas. LENTRY Light Systems are deployed for rescue, emergencies, disasters, recovery... The ability of LENTRY Systems’ polelights to articulate, rotate, and telescope up and down is crucial for large scene and distance lighting, greatly increasing function and value with little additional cost. There are five polelights from which to choose. Every aspect—from the shapes and surfaces of the lampheads to the knobs, poles, and protective guards—has been optimized for quality, durability and adaptability. BRIGHT! The most beneficial quality of all of our polelights—halogens and LEDs—is that they are extremely efficient and very, very bright, using minimal power. For example, 650W hi-infrared (Hi-IR) halogen bulbs are used in several LENTRY polelights (All 650W lights and the 2-Headed 1300W XT). These bulbs output 21% more light than 1000 watt halogens and more than twice the lumens of 500 watt halogens, as shown in the chart at left. The two new LEDs have similar lumens rating to the Hi-IR bulbs (20,000 lumens each!) yet require only 240 watts to run. This means that either generator can power multiple LED polelights for hours and still have power to spare! Even the small EU1000i Honda generator, rated 900W, can run four LEDs at a time! Ask us if you are interested and we will make it happen. High output-to-power ratios represent the best value to our customers, which is why we offer the specific LEDs and halogen bulbs we do. Other halogen bulbs are not offered because 500, 750 and 1000 watt bulbs would provide less light and use more energy than those we offer. Height When choosing LENTRY polelights, you get to choose the height! Almost all of our telescoping polelights are available in either standard height or extra tall XT height. The light heads do not disconnect from the poles. See our page about Height (in the Specs section) for more info. LEDs For more on LEDs, please click here. Lights and Wattage The generator you need depends on which light or lights you choose. The 650 watt hi-infrared bulb is utilized in these LENTRY polelights: 650W FRC, 650W ABC and 2-Headed ABC XT. The polelights available with LENTRY Units are manufactured by our partners Akron Brass Company (ABC) and Fire Research Corporation (FRC). These are not off-the-shelf lights from ABC or FRC; they have been optimized for Ventry Solutions, Inc., per our specifications, specifically for use in LENTRY Light Systems with modifications to the bulbs, wiring configurations, knuckles, poles, knobs, switches, guards and more. ABC and FRC polelights utilize very different hardware and vary in overall design and construction as well as warranties.
